The anticipated free-to-play looter shooter "Vigor" is now available for Nintendo Switch via the eShop. This is not the free version of the game, but the $20 Founder's Pack version. The free version is still coming later this year. Check out the release trailer from publisher/developer Bohemia Interactive above.
