Death Squared hits 300k sold on all platforms combined, over 150k moved on Switch alone
A mega-hit!
Death Squared has been quite the hit for SMG Studio. The game still pulls in newcomers years after its initial launch, and the sales have been climbing steadily.
In an interview with NintendoLife, SMG Studio's CEO Ashley Ringrose revealed that 300k units have been sold worldwide across all platforms, but the lion's share goes to Switch. Switch owners have snagged roughly 60% of the total downloads, making for over 150k purchases on Switch alone.
Ringrose says that if the Switch version manages to reach 250k units sold altogether, Death Squared will be made free to download for everyone.
