Bandai Namco warns of permanent bans for Dragon Ball FighterZ players who deliberately disconnect

Is cheating worth risking a lifetime ban?

Bandai Namco is taking Dragon Ball FighterZ cheaters very seriously. Some players have been deliberately disconnecting during online matches, and legitimate players are getting fed up. That's why Bandai Namco is stepping up the action they're taking.

A recent message sent in-game to Dragon Ball FighterZ players notes that Bandai Namco “will now be imposing restrictions on players who deliberately disconnect during online matches.” This will result in a one-week ban from online play. Furthermore, if players continue to cause trouble after this one-week ban, Bandai Namco may switch the ban to a permanent one.

Hopefully a warning like this will convince cheaters to give up their ways and play normally. At the very least, it should cut down on those looking to game the system.
