German retailer lists "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Light Edition" for Switch

Geralt trims down

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition has been available on Switch for quite some time well, and has sold quite favorably on the platform. It seems there's still an audience for this title, and CD Projekt Red could be looking to reach even more customers in the near future.

German retailer Media Markt has added a listing for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Light Edition" to their site. The page doesn't give us any info on what makes this version of the game 'Light' versus 'Complete,' but one would guess that it lacks DLC or some other extras. Oddly enough, the price on the Light version is just about the same as the Complete Edition, which most likely means the price is a placeholder.

No word on whether or not this listing is legit yet, but it's something we'll keep an eye out for at other retailers.

Must be exclusive for the Switch Lite!

Perhaps is just a new edition with a cheaper card and a required download. After watching everyone and even Nintendo doing it, they can say what the hell are we doing paying for a premium 32 GB card.
