Pokemon Local Acts installs two more Pokemon-themed manhole covers
Covers 101 and 102
The Pokemon Local Acts organization installed its 100th manhole cover just a couple of weeks back, but they aren't stopping there. Now there are two more special manhole covers in Japan.
Gyarados-themed covers are now installed in Otsu City, the Shiga Prefecture in Japan. Pikachu came out to celebrate the cover installation, and you can check out more pics of his appearance and the covers in general here.
