While Nintendo is dealing with class-action lawsuits for the Switch Joy-Con, the Big N themselves have filed a lawsuit as well. This one sets its sights on a Switch hack reseller.

Nintendo is going after an Amazon Nintendo Switch hack reseller who is selling an RCM Loader, which used to “jailbreak” the Switch in order to play pirated games. In the lawsuit, Nintendo claims that this is a “serious, worsening international problem,” and they're looking for $2,500 in damages for each infringement. Based on previous lawsuits like this from Nintendo, it's likely the Big N will come out the victor.
