F-Zero: Maximum Velocity out now for NSO + Expansion Pack Members
I was BORN to be an F-Zero racer
Get those engines ready, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity is now available for NSO + Expansion Pack members!
It’s fast, it’s dangerous and it’s revving up for its fuel-injected return: The classic Game Boy™ Advance game F-Zero™ Maximum Velocity will make its debut on the Nintendo Switch™ system on March 29, available for everyone with a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership as part of the Game Boy Advance – Nintendo Switch Online library. Strap in, fire up and put the pedal down!
There’s only one sport that has enough thrills, spills and potential for calamity to keep an entire galaxy on the edge of its seat, and it’s known as the F-Zero Grand Prix. F-Zero Maximum Velocity is set 25 years after the original F-Zero game, with a new generation of racers piloting their plasma-powered machines and using speed bursts (and some strategic vehicle-to-vehicle bumping) in a white-knuckle race to stay ahead of the competition … and stay alive.
Climb the Grand Prix standings to unlock tracks and vehicles while you speed around 20 different courses across four difficulty levels to prove you’ve got what it takes to rank among the galaxy’s most elite racers.
You can also put your skills to the test against 98 other position-jockeying players in the multiplayer F-ZERO 99 game, available on Nintendo eShop to everyone with a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership at no extra charge. Enjoy classic mode featuring a 20-pilot race with rules and tracks inspired by the original F-Zero, create Private Lobbies to go head-to-head against friends and family, and unlock hidden tracks and other in-game bonus rewards.
And make sure you stay on track, because a new update for F-ZERO 99 will be available tomorrow! As part of this update, you can take on the new Mirror Grand Prix, Mirror Tracks for Knight League and kick things into high gear with the Classic Mini Prix. Plus, try Steer Assist to help guide your machine around turns and barriers, and push your piloting skills even higher in an expanded Practice Mode. Then, check out Timed Challenges for limited time in-game rewards, Recommended Challenges for tips on what to tackle next and newly added Achievements. In the future, Mirror Tracks for King League and Queen League will become available, as well.
Intergalactic glory can be yours! Are you brave and fast enough to take it?

Splatoon 3 Update Coming Later Tonight, Patch Notes Shared
Can't wait to sing in Inklish
A new Splatoon 3 update is being released tonight and will add new Off the Hook songs and fix several bugs.
The full patch notes are below:
Player Controls:
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused shots to fly farther than normal when the player Super Jumped to a distant target and attacked immediately before landing.
- Fixed an issue with the Order Brella Replica’s canopy where the ink shown on it relative to the damage taken was less than the Splat Brella and the Sorella Brella.
- Fixed an issue in Clam Blitz mode where, when you did not have a clam, it was possible to swing rollers with shorter intervals than normal by alternately swinging the roller and performing the clam-throw action.
Side Order:
- Fixed an issue where sometimes when players cleared the Side Order story and returned to the square, a communication error would occur and prevent them from watching to the end of the cutscene.
- A feature for rewatching this cutscene has been added to the Spire of Order entrance.
- Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented the player from controlling the character after the cutscene looking up at the Spire of Order.
- Fixed an issue where, when continuously playing Side Order, the in-game music sometimes stopped playing.
- Fixed an issue where, when the player pressed the + Button to open the pause screen with certain timing after entering a floor, the floor’s music sometimes did not play when the player closed the pause screen.
- Fixed an issue where, due to reasons such as activating Broken-Armor Jump midair, sometimes when staying airborne at a position high up in the air, the player is treated as having fallen outside the stage despite being in a position where they can return to the stage.
- Fixed an issue where the jump height when jumping off a bounce pad was not uniform.
- Fixed an issue where, when restarting after making a mistake on a floor where a Bonus Challenge occurred, the icon in the upper left showing the bonus conditions was sometimes displayed overlapping with those different from the original conditions.
- Fixed an issue where the color of the mark indicating what you are aiming at sometimes differed from the color of the player’s ink due to the Homing Shots color chip.
- Fixed an issue in Rotational.Floor where players sometimes clipped into terrain when getting stuck between a Whirling Accelerando and the terrain.
- Fixed an issue where, when a Parallel Canon touched an active inkrail, it would sometimes blow the player away significantly.
- Fixed an issue where, when pressing the A Button on the point-calculation screen at the end of a run at the Spire of Order, the earned points displayed was sometimes higher than the number of points actually obtained.
SplatNet 3
- Fixed an issue where the “High Score!” that displays in Side Order Stats sometimes did not update properly.
Other:
- Fixed an issue where badges according to X Rankings placement sometimes could not be obtained in Chill Season 2023.
- When your final ranking in Chill Season 2023 meets the requirements, you will automatically earn a badge when you connect to the internet and go to the lobby after applying the updated data.
- You can check your final ranking on SplatNet 3.
- Fixed an issue where pressing in the Left Stick on the screen where you ask Murch or Spyke to add gear abilities sometimes prevented you from performing any further actions.
- Fixed an issue where the time limit could not be changed when using the Random function to select a Tableturf Battle stage in multiplayer.

The website Relic Castle, which worked as a forum for Pokémon fan games, has been reportedly taken down due to a DMCA notice. As of this moment, details about the author of the DMCA notice nor the exact reason for it have been shared.
Below we have the official statement from the owner and manager of the site:
Dear Pokémon fan game community,
It is with heavy heart that I announce that the Relic Castle website has been taken down following a DMCA takedown notice.
Relic Castle has always been a non-profit, ad-free, tight-knit community and we pride ourselves in what we have achieved. Members have felt at home, made friends, and even careers with us. It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that the forum part of this community, which was to turn 10 years old this year, has had to come to an end. With over 20,000 members and 65,000 posts, Relic Castle was a home to many of us.
The Discord server is not going anywhere, and the site is still visible as an archive using the Wayback Machine.
Thank you all for being with us this last decade, and thank you for making Relic Castle as awesome and life-changing as it has been for some of us.
Sincerely,
Marin Owner & Andy Manager

Fan Project Celebrates Magolor from the Kirby Series in this Art Collaboration
48 Artists, 1 Dreamy Story
Kirby fans rejoice! A major art collab is here and it celebrates one of the most beloved characters from the series: Magolor!
Magolor is a recurring character in the Kirby games who started as an antagonist but then became friends with the main cast. While this makes him sound like any other simple character, Magolor happens to be one of more complex beings in the Kirby universe with quite a developed backstory, which was further emphasized when Nintendo gave him an entire extra mode in the remake ‘Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe’.
He has become such a fan favorite that a group of 48 artists came together to work on a huge project which aims at telling his story in the series through many different illustrations. It’s an incredible work of art!
If you like Magolor or the Kirby series as a whole, do yourself a favor and download and support this project and the artists! You can get the Collab’s PDF file through this link or by going to the main artist’s Twitter profile which is listed below.
