Survey shows 33% of Pokemon GO's loyal fans play every day

The following info comes from a survey conducted by Fluent LLC, including 2,317 respondents ages 18 and up...

- 50 percent of people surveyed were “much less” interested in Pokemon GO compared to other mobile games.
- 15 percent of respondents said they heard “a great deal” about Pokémon Go this year
- 54 percent of which went on to download the game
- of the 48 percent of respondents who heard “nothing at all,” 9 percent downloaded the game
- 97 percent of people who didn’t already have Pokémon Go on their phones said they had no plans of downloading it
- for those who still play, 33 percent of respondents said they play it every day
- 41 percent rated their gaming experience as “excellent” and 26 percent rated it as “very good”
- 68 percent of respondents said they walk more since playing the game
- this is often to a specific location in search of a specific Pokémon to catch, according to 62 percent of people
- top locations visited by players are parks, followed by restaurants and local monuments
- 59 percent of people who have visited restaurants because they’re PokéStops this year have purchased something
- 43 percent of players have made in-app purchases
