[Pipe] The 2nd Halloween Pipe is now available. It features the following: King Boo (Luigi’s Mansion) (Driver), Ghost Ride (Kart), and Rainy Balloons (Glider) (available until November 6th)

[Tours] The 2nd half of the 3rd Tour, Halloween Tour, is now live. It features new Ranked Cups and Challenges (available until November 6th)
