Dear Reader:
Japanese hardware/software sales for Nov. 4th to Nov. 10th, 2019
Another week of Japanese sales data has been released. Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding (PlayStation 4 exclusive) has overtaken Luigi's Mansion 3 as the best selling title for the week. Considering it's the launch week for Death Stranding, it's no surprise that the game sold 185,909 software units, while Luigi's Mansion 3 is at a respectably lower 54,680. Nintendo's fitness-adventure title, Ring Fit Adventure, sold even better this week than the previous, with another 52,000 copies. Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games: Tokyo 2020 has been bumped down to 7th place on the charts, selling only 14,276 copies in Japan. The Nintendo Switch continues to be the best selling hardware in the region, with 88,772 total consoles sold between the Switch and Switch Lite. Check out the full sales data below.
