Square-Enix gives musicians something to do during the pandemic with their "Home de Chocobo" initiative
Square-Enix is certainly giving those in quarantine plenty to do lately with their various game releases, but now the company is offering even more to do with their Home de Chocobo initiative.
Square-Enix has released the official sheet music for Final Fantasy's classic Chocobo theme, and they're looking for musicians to create their own take on the tune. If you can read sheet music and have some skills with an instrument, you can record your own version of the theme and Square-Enix might end up sharing it!

Octopath Traveler composer Yasunori Nishiki took up the challenge and created quite a unique spin on the theme, which you can hear above. If you do create your own version of the theme, make sure to reply to Square-Enix with your cover here.
