With 80+ million Switch owners out there, you'd imagine some of them are first-time console owners. They might have a few questions about how to set up their Switch, how to purchase digital content, and more. Nintendo wants to make sure those newcomers aren't overwhelmed, so they've launched a new, free service to help out.

The Nintendo Switch Concierge program lets Switch owners pair up with Nintendo representatives in a one-on-one video session to ask their questions. The representative will do their best to answer all questions, and share details on what the Switch has to offer. These sessions require a booking, and they're handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check out more details on the Concierge program and schedule an appointment here.
