Best Buy definitely needs a game plan when it comes to the launch of the PS3 and Wii. They don’t want another 360 situation on their hands. That’s why the company bigwigs have put this together, a 25 page playbook for employees. This way there are no questions asked, and everything from setup, to day one sales, to future purchases is discussed. While the book hasn’t been confirmed as real just yet, it is hard to believe that someone would take the time to make up a huge book of Best Buy protocol.
