Pikachu Weekend in Singapore featured a live Pokémon drone show

It’s never a bad time to have a Pikachu Weekend, but right after the release of the newest Pokémon games on Switch seems like an especially good opportunity. This celebration is being held in Singapore, and includes exclusive Pokémon GO events, Pokémon photo opportunities, and yes, a night time drone show.

The event took place last night at 7:30pm at Marina Bay in Singapore. Hosted by a special Pikachu with an afro (along with eight other backup Pikachus), it featured some stage performances, as well as big, colorful drone lights in the sky.

This show first premiered in Okinawa, Japan, and has been slowly making its way to other regions. Who knows, maybe North America is next on the list? Check out some images below.
