The 2023 Pokémon World Championships are coming up, and there will be plenty to do there in addition to spectating the main event! If you’re someone attending as a fan and not a participant, you’ll have the chance to take part in the “Activity Zone”. This zone will feature several “activities” and will be available on a first come first serve basis each day of the Championships.

Activities include:

  • Livestream of the Championships themselves
  • Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Tera Raid Battles
  • Pokémon Play Lab featuring the Pokémon TCG
  • Pokémon TCG Classic Exhibition Area featuring a raffle to demo the new set
  • Pokémon GO Quiz Rally, testing players’ knowledge of the mobile game
  • Pokémon UNITE play area
  • Pokémon Masters EX Area featuring photo ops with AR Sync Pairs
  • Pokémon Mezastar area featuring a Dark Charizard giveaway for the game
  • Pokémon Local Acts area highlighting the organization’s various activities

That’s a lot of fun options for attendees of the event, including some peeks at upcoming content! Just be sure to get in line early if you’re interested. The Pokémon World Championships will be held in Japan from August 8th to August 14th, 2023.
