Pikachu promo card coming to Southeast Asia for 2023 Pokémon World Championships

A new goodie has been announced for the 2023 Pokémon World Championships which take place next month. It’s an exclusive Pikachu promo card for the Pokémon TCG, featuring art of Pikachu and Charizard duking it out in a massive stadium. The card also includes a 2023 Pokémon World Championships logo, marking its significance.

If you want to get your hands on this card, you’ll need to be located in one of the following areas: Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, or Thailand. The card will be distributed to people taking part in competitive events in those regions, though how exactly that distribution will take place hasn’t been detailed yet.

The Championships are set to kick off in Yokohama from August 8th to August 14th, 2023. If you’re attending, you might have a chance to snag this Pikachu promo, otherwise you’ll have to try your luck on eBay later on!
