Scar of the Doll remake comes out August 18th in Japan
It sadly won't have English language support
We found out that we’d be getting a remake of the 1998 suspense visual novel Scar of the Doll a while back, but now we have a release date. The game will be available via the Japanese eShop on August 18th at a price of 1,500 yen. It’ll only come with English language support, so if you’re an English-speaking fan of VNs on Switch, you may be out of luck.
Originally developed in RPG Maker 95, this Switch remake will come with updated graphics, remade music and additional story content. You’ll even be able to disable the game’s horror elements. Here’s the latest trailer:
