Lindsey Stirling takes on the role of pied piper
With only a few more days left before its release on October 18th, 2022, A Plague Tale: Requiem, the sequel to the critically acclaimed A Plague Tale: Innocence by Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment, has unveiled a special music video of the game’s main theme featuring violinist and YouTube sensation Lindsey Stirling.
Stirling’s mesmerizingly choreographed and costumed performances have placed her among the most-watched stars on YouTube. Dressed in an outfit inspired by A Plague Tale’s protagonists, Amicia and Hugo de Rune, her poignant rendition of the game’s theme evolves in a lush environment inspired by the landscapes of A Plague Tale: Requiem, mixed with an exhilarating flow of footage from the game.
This special tribute is a perfect celebration of the heartrending adventure into a brutal, breathtaking and visually stunning world that’s coming in A Plague Tale: Requiem. The game’s outstanding score by multi-award winner and BAFTA-nominated composer Olivier Derivière powerfully enriches the intense emotional journey of A Plague Tale’s new chapter.
