Player choice in Hogwarts Legacy can impact the game's ending

Hogwarts Legacy will let you live out your dreams of being a student at Hogwarts (virtually, of course), but what you do within those hallowed halls will matter. The game is always watching what you do, and your decisions can impact the game in a big way.
During a recent gameplay showcase for Hogwarts Legacy, developer Adam Tew spoke about the choices players will have throughout the game, and detailed just how much they matter.
“Different interactions with different characters can also offer different choice points for the player, and then some of those things can affect things game-wide, some of these affect characters’ lives, the ending of the game.”
In other words, don’t go around being a jerk to everyone and zapping randoms with magic spells if you don’t want to get an ending that isn’t too happy! Just how big the differences are remains to be seen, but act accordingly!
