Witch on the Holy Night Limited-Edition Physical Switch Release Now Available

Aniplex of America today announced that a limited-edition physical release is now available for WITCH ON THE HOLY NIGHT, the fan-favorite TYPE-MOON visual novel.

Fans who purchase the limited-edition physical release will also receive a material book. Titled “Magician’s Basic Tune,” the material book features over 100 pages of character references, concept art, designer commentary, and a short story that gives fans a deeper look into the characters.

The limited-edition Nintendo Switch physical version is currently available on Amazon for $59.99 USD. The PlayStation physical release is set to follow at a later date.

Set in 1980s Japan, WITCH ON THE HOLY NIGHT tells the story of Aoko Aozaki as she attempts to navigate the complex world of magecraft while also dealing with the everyday struggles of life as a high school student. Players will experience the thrilling origin story of this much-beloved character penned by Kinoko Nasu, famed creator of the Fate series, himself.

WITCH ON THE HOLY NIGHT, which features high-definition remastered visuals and new fully voiced dialogue, was released digitally for Switch on December 8, 2022; with a limited-edition physical release on January 27, 2023.
