For those who don’t know, Askr was introduced in Book VI as the god of connections and strong bonds, and the legendary dragon of the Kingdom of Askr. Askr is a kind and loving god that admires mortals for their resilience and hope, even in the worst of times.
A benevolent deity, Askr uses his power to aid the people of Askr. In this instance, Askr is aiding Fire Emblem Heroes players by offering a quick exercise routine! Sure, the video is meant to be a bit of fun, but there’s no reason why you can’t act this out in person! Perhaps the Askr routine could be the key to better health!
