I am an Air Traffic Controller: AIRPORT HERO HANEDA DLC packs now available

Sonic Powered Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th additional content packs for “I am an Air Traffic Controller - AIRPORT HERO HANEDA.” These packs are now available to download starting today.

I am an Air Traffic Controller is a simulation 3D puzzle game based on the theme of air traffic control. The role of an air traffic controller is to guide aircraft by giving them instructions so that they can reach their destinations safely.

You can easily give air traffic control instructions in the game by selecting commands displayed at the required timing. Keep the sky safe by constantly assessing the situation and avoiding getting too close in the air or getting stuck on the ground.

The game offers not only the fun of giving instructions while looking at the meticulously reproduced airport and aircraft, but also the depth of a puzzle game in which you must plan ahead and give instructions in order to safely guide the aircraft!

Additional Content Pack 3 ★”EXTEND”, a new level of difficulty!★

Content : Total 5 stages 【Difficulty】HARD: 3 stages / EXTEND: 2 stages

The 3rd pack brings in a new difficulty level called “EXTEND” which is much tougher than the usual “HARD” difficulty. It includes five challenging stages, varying from a short and busy stage with an inflow of airplanes, to a longer control stage where the player needs to keep focus. In these extra stages, a huge number of aircraft in the air and on the ground will continuously demand control instructions, and there will be numerous game-over traps to overcome.

Control both departing and arriving aircraft at the same time! Pay attention to aircraft traveling on the ground!

Make good use of your experience and intuition to clear the Bonus Challenge and strive for a high score, all while skillfully navigating the various traps that lie ahead. Experience unique stages that are exclusively available in this expansion pack. We hope you are confident in your skills as an air traffic controller to handle this challenging content.

Additional Content Pack 4 ★ Stages with [short time] ! ★

Content : Total 5 stages 【Difficulty】NORMAL: 2 stages / HARD: 2 stages / EXTEND: 1 stage

The 4th additional content pack includes only stages with short and limited control time! As you approach the end of the stage, you’ll encounter a fast-paced and intense air traffic controlling unique to the short time stage. Control the airplanes as they appear promptly to avoid missing key information due to delays in giving control instructions. Quick thinking is essential to clear these stages!

Be sure to select the command while the strip’s「︕」 icon is blue! Minutes after the stage starts, planes will flood into the airport! Control the aircraft without causing any delays!

In the “EXTEND” stage, the player will face multiple control commands at once. Stay calm to identify each aircraft and give clear instructions without getting overwhelmed by the constant stream of commands. The key to success is to predict when each aircraft will arrive at the airport to avoid congestion!

Like solving a puzzle, think of a strategy through trial and error, and build a path to clear the S-rank. There is a great sense of accomplishment when you can complete a stage without any mistakes!

Additional Content Pack 5 “Special Mission Pack”

Content : Total 5 stages 【Difficulty】NORMAL: １ stages / HARD: ３ stages / EXTEND: 1 stage

In the 5th additional content, all kinds of events such as emergency rescue requests and runway usage restrictions due to strong winds are included! You can enjoy stages where you control aircraft while facing the possibility of forced landing or go-around due to changes in wind direction, as well as various events and situations. Challenge yourself repeatedly to remember wind patterns and aim to clear the stages without a single go-around!

In the case of strong winds, runways will be unavailable depending on the wind direction. In the “EXTEND” stage, all emergency rescue requests, runway usage restrictions, and the appearance of government plane events occur! Being able to adapt to sudden changing conditions will give you a sense of achievement in conducting air traffic control in the “Special Mission Pack”.

A Japan Coast Guard plane and a government plane departing and landing! The Government Aircraft and Japan Coast Guard aircraft appear together for the first time! Both government and emergency aircraft did not appear in the same stage in the main story.

In a highly difficult stage, both the government plane appearance and emergency rescue request events occur! We hope you enjoy the combining of these two situations, unique to the “Special Mission Pack”.
