I'm gonna hug you into itty-bitty pieces!
Takara Tomy has a very long line of Pokémon toys and merch in their history. They’ve been with the brand pretty much since day one, and that collaboration continues with the reveal of a new series of plush dolls in the works.
Takara Tomy has revealed the Pokémon ‘Hold Me’ plush line, which is kicking off with Pikachu and Sprigatito versions. These plushes are meant to be huggable, and they feature floppy arms and legs to dangle when you’re squeezing your plush to death…in a loving way, of course.
Both of these plushes are priced at roughly $37 a piece, and they’re only available in Japan for now. The Pikachu option released a few weeks back, and Sprigatito will launch tomorrow. If/when these become available outside of Japan, we’ll be sure to let you know.
