Doug Cockle, the voice of Geralt in The Witcher series, reveals cancer diagnosis

Doug Cockle, the voice actor behind Geralt in the Witcher franchise, took to Twitter today to share the unfortunate news of a cancer diagnosis.

In Cockle’s tweet, he reveals that he had no idea anything was wrong, as he gone to the doctor for a standard check-up. During the check, the doctor ran the usual gamut of tests and came to find out that Cockle has full-blown prostate cancer.

While note going too deep into specifics, Cockle said that treatment is ongoing and looking good so far. We’ll certainly be keeping tabs on the situation and wish Cockle a very speedy recovery.
