Samba de Amigo: Party Central 'Love Checker' feature detailed

We’ve shared the tracklist and other gameplay details for Samba de Amigo: Party Central, but today brings us info on a very specific mode; Love Checker.

In Love Checker, you can check your compatibility with another player. The aim is for both players to sync up with their moves in order to combine two heart pieces into a solo heart. The more in sync you are with your partner, the easier it’ll be to line up the heart pieces. You can see the Love Checker mode in action in the video above.

When you work your way through a song in Love Checker mode, you’ll be given a percentage showcasing your compatibility. If you manage to hit 100% compatibility, you’ll get a nice little surprise!

Samba de Amigo: Party Central will officially be released for Switch in the West on August 29, 2023.
