Pikmin 3 Deluxe Throwback Event announced for Pikmin Bloom

Have you heard? The fourth installment of the Pikmin series, Pikmin 4, is about to drop on July 21st! Niantic just couldn’t wait to have some fun so, in the meantime, they’re paving the way with a Pikmin 3 Deluxe Throwback Event!
During the event, you’ll have a chance to obtain three badges featuring the main characters of Pikmin 3 Deluxe, Alph, Brittany, and Charlie. Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin are back as well – if you didn’t manage to meet them last year, or if you’re new, now’s the chance to make their acquaintance!

Event Details
Destroy mushrooms to get your hands on Mystery Boxes!
During the event, every time you destroy a mushroom, you’ll receive a Mystery Box. These boxes contain random items, such as nectar, flower petals, huge seedlings, and gold seedlings. Consider making battle mushrooms a daily task in order to get as many items as possible!
Huge seedlings and gold seedlings obtained from Mystery Boxes grow into either red, yellow, or blue Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin. Please note that this is random, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll meet all colors.
Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin will have increased strength against mushrooms during our next event, which is set to start on July 21st and will be announced soon!
Special Mission Tickets to obtain the Alph, Brittany, and Charlie Badges will be available in the shop
During the event, and for a limited time, the following mission tickets will be available in the shop in exchange for coins.
- Special Mission to obtain the Alph Badge
- Special Mission to obtain the Brittany Badge
- Special Mission to obtain the Charlie Badge
- Special Mission to meet the Yellow Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin
- Special Mission to meet the Red Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin
- Special Mission to meet the Blue Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin
Special Mission Tickets will be available in the shop in exchange for coins until July 22nd (Sat) 23:59 local time. Special Missions must be completed by August 31st (Thur) 23:59. You can play several Special Missions at the same time.
