Arc System Works has revealed via the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu magazine that they will be releasing River City: Rival Showdown for the Nintendo Switch on October 12th, 2023. This edition will feature an enhanced screen layout and controls, and a bonus game ‘Fighting of Double Dragon 2023’ (instead of 2016 from the original game).
The game was originally released worldwide for the Nintendo 3DS back on November 21st, 2017.
