A listing has popped up on the Nintendo eShop for “Chex Quest HD”, a modern remake of the cereal-themed FPS advergame from the 1990s. Although the original 2020 Steam release was handled directly by General Mills, this upcoming Switch port will be published by QubicGames. Set for launch on March 11th, 2022, the game will be priced at $4.99 with a 2.5 GB file size and a T for Teen ESRB rating. Check out a synopsis of Chex Quest HD below.

Chex Quest HD is a modern, multiplayer remake of the classic 1996 FPS advergame of the same name.

The Intergalactic Federation of Snacks’ outpost on the remote planet of Bazoik has been overrun by evil cereal-eating creatures from another dimension! These slimy “Flemoids” have taken the citizens of Bazoik captive, and it is up to you and the Chex Mix Squadron to free them.
