Say hi to the master of magical mischief: Kamek!
The ever-loyal adviser to Bowser, Kamek truly soars above his job description (because, ya know, he can fly on his broom). In addition to being one of Bowser’s head minions, Kamek has also been a babysitter, shopkeeper, and occasional ally to Mario. That last one doesn’t happen too often, though!
Nintendo has put together a list mentioning some games that feature appearances by either Kamek or his Magikoopa pals. Most recently, you can catch him in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as part of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - Booster Course Pass paid DLC. Is there anything Kamek can’t do?!
