The Pokémon World Championships, the most prestigious Pokémon battle tournament in the world, will be held in Japan for the first time this Summer! Ahead of that event, Pokémon Co. has released a special animated promo video to hype people up. You can check out the 1-minute spot above.
At the Pokémon World Championships, you can also enjoy the summer festivities, parades, and other events with Pokémon! There will also be public viewing areas where you can watch the Championships, and special areas where you can engage in casual Pokémon battles with other fans.
Get ready for the Pokémon World Championships, as they’re right around the corner. You’ll be able to live-stream all the action from the comfort of your own home starting August 8th, with the event running to August 14th, 2023.
