Sonic Superstars emerged as one of the most exciting announcements of Summer Game Fest 2023, and now Game Informer is diving deeper into the exciting 2D adventure starring Sega’s Blue Blur.
Game Informer spent two days in Sonic Team’s studio in Burbank, California, playing through nearly half the game and speaking with the developers behind the next Classic Sonic title. The 12-page cover story – available to digital and print readers – and their exclusive online coverage over the next month should give you all the information you need about Sonic Superstars before it comes out this fall.
Game Informer have a slate of YouTube videos revealing every Emerald Power in Sonic Superstars, exclusive hands-on impressions of Superstars’ first six zones, an interview with Takashi Iizuka looking back at his career with Sega since 1992, and how Sonic Team plotted to kill its mascot in The Murder of Sonic The Hedgehog.
