Comcast has seen their net income rise to $4.2 billion in Q2 of this fiscal year, and much of the credit for that revenue goes to Nintendo.

Comcast held their Q2 earnings call earlier, revealing a complete breakdown of how their various projects and efforts have been doing. Of particular note was Comcast’s connections to Nintendo, as they brought in some serious bank. Comcast’s data shows that The Super Mario Bros. Movie raked in $1.3 billion worldwide, and Super Nintendo World led to a record quarter for Universal Studios Japan and Hollywood.

As a matter of fact, Universal Studios Hollywood in particular managed to reach its beset quarter ever due to the grand opening of Super Nintendo World. Without a doubt, Comcast couldn’t be happier with their Nintendo partnership, and there’s no doubt the two companies will be working together for years to come.
