Koei Tecmo wants fans to know that Fate/Samurai Remnant lets you pet dogs and cats

In recent years, gamers have become obsessed with the ability to pet cats and dogs in games. If a game dares to show a dog or cat, it better allow the player to give them some rubs!

Some developers and publishers have become keenly aware of this fact, and they look to cash in on the situation by spreading the word early. Koei Tecmo is one of those publishers, and they’re here to let Fate/Samurai Remnant fans know that there will be plenty of dog/cat-petting action.

A 13-second trailer for Fate/Samurai Remnant has been released, and its sole purpose is to confirm the ability to pet cats and dogs in the game. That’s literally all there is to the trailer, but there’s no doubt some will see this video and consider picking up the game just a little bit more!

Fate/Samurai Remnant is an upcoming action RPG based on developer Type-Moon’s Fate series, and it’s set to release on September 28th, 2023. There will be a standard release and a Treasure Box option for those who want something extra.
