While Super Mario Bros. Wonder doesn’t come out until October 20th, 2023, the ESRB has already given their rating for the game. It looks like Nintendo has had this one content-complete for quite some time now!

As usual, the ESRB has given a short descriptor with their rating. While there’s really nothing spoiler-worthy in the breakdown, we do get to learn the main villain in the game. As long as you don’t mind the absolute tiniest of spoilers, you can see the official ESRB description below.

This is a platformer game in which players control characters from the Mario universe as they try to stop the villain Bowser. Players traverse whimsical environments while jumping on enemies’ heads, throwing shells/objects at them, or tossing small fireballs to knock them off-screen. Boss battles contain more involved combat against giant enemies that breathe fire and smash parts of the scenery.

Finally, in even less surprising news, Super Mario Bros. Wonder has been given an ESRB rating of E for Everyone.
