Japanese buses and trains get a Pokémon World Championships 2023 makeover
The only way to travel
The Pokémon World Championships are set for August 11–13th, 2023 in Yokohama, Japan, the first city to host the grand event in Asia. In honor of the event, the city is embracing all things Pokémon with some very fancy ways to get about town.
For those traveling in and around Yokohama, there are some special Pokémon World Championships buses and trains making the rounds. You can get a peek at one of the buses above, and the trains will be running through Minatomirai Station, JR Sakuragicho Station and JR Shin-Yokohama Station.
