The Nintendo Switch version of WHAT THE GOLF? will be getting the free Among Golf update! The mini-campaign full of 35+ new Among Us-inspired levels will land on Nintendo Switch on 3rd August (tomorrow).
The Among Golf updates takes the hit WHAT THE GOLF? into unknown territory: SPACE. Heavily inspired by Among Us (and kind of probably mostly just about approved by Innersloth), the Among Golf update lets you golf through the world of imposters and crewmates. Expect betrayal, vending machines, surprises, space rockets, UFOs, vents, cats and other vaguely related items that are great for golfing! The update brings a new overworld and adds approximately 30 minutes of playtime.
Free monthly Special Events with new levels coming!
Finally, developer Triband will release time-limited Special Events monthly for WHAT THE GOLF? over the next year that contain new levels and surprises. These seasonal updates will coincide with holidays and other special events and will be available for 2 weeks at a time.
The first will be “Beware of the Bogeyman,” a Halloween-themed event that will add 5 brand new levels. It will be live from 23rd October to 5th November. Throughout the year, you can expect more golfing chaos around Thanksgiving (Don’t Stuff Me Now!), New Year’s (Let’s Par-tee!), Valentine’s Day (Love Birdies), Cheese lovers day (Take it Cheesy) and more!
The Specials Events will be available for free on Nintendo Switch.
