Playdate title "Life’s Too Short" gets Game Boy release
Give it up for the ghost
Today, Pixel Ghost announce the immediate release of Life’s Too Short GB, made with GB Studio and playable on GameBoy and emulators.
Life’s Too Short GB is a top-down adventure originally released on the Playdate console in 2022 in which a little ghost is called to a haunted house to reunite two vampires who have dramatically fallen out and confined themselves to their respective coffins. For the GB release, the game has been fully reimagined with first-person rooms, 4 x pixels and 4 x colours (although they’re mostly different shades of green…)
To accompany the immediate digital release, Yastuna Games are also publishing a limited run of physical editions with beautiful artwork, high quality packaging, manual and small details on the cartridge.
