Niantic is excited to announce that the Hindi language is now supported on Pokémon GO! Whether you’re just starting your adventure or you’re a seasoned Trainer, Niantic is elated to embark on this journey with you as they work to make the game available to even more people. Their aim is to regularly improve and update the Hindi-language version of Pokémon GO!
The addition of Hindi language support to Pokémon GO is being celebrated with the Aao Khele event, which kicks off later today and runs until October 14, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time. This is a special event for all Trainers in India. You can get complete details on this event below.
You can complete Field Research tasks that award encounters with the following Pokémon.
- Bulbasaur
- Charmander
- Squirtle
Certain Field Research tasks will award Mega Energy!
- Venusaur Mega Energy
- Charizard Mega Energy
- Blastoise Mega Energy
In addition, certain other Field Research tasks will award Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle Candy!
Until October 14, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, Trainers will be able to complete special Timed Research that will award items like a Star Piece, Rare Candy, and a Super Incubator, as well as encounters with the following Pokémon.
- Lapras
- Snorlax
All Trainers in India can also look forward to the following bonuses.
- Earn Buddy Hearts 2× as fast
- 2× Incense Duration
- Chance of daily surprise encounters with Torkoal when you take GO Snapshots!
To help new Trainers in India along on their journey, a special Timed Research will be available every weekend from September 16, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. until December 31, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Trainers who complete the Timed Research will be awarded with items like Razz Berries, Nanab Berries, Pinap Berries, Incense, Poké Balls, and Great Balls.
Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before 8:00 p.m. local time every Sunday.
