Pokémon Co. has announced that a new patch is in the works for Pokémon Scarlet/Violet, and it’ll see release sometime in the first half of October 2023.

In particular, this upcoming patch will aim to fix an issue where victory against a trainer may not be recorded, which in turns, prevents rewards from being dished out by the League Officials in Paldea and the Kitakami Ogre Clan. The patch also remedies an issue where Special Pokémon sent from Pokémon GO cannot be deposited in Scarlet & Violet even if they were obtained before Pokémon Scarlet/Violet Version 1.3.2.

This patch will include a number of other tweaks and updates, but we won’t know the specifics until later. Once the full notes on this patch are shared, we’ll bring them to you.
