Sakurai shows off his collection of rare gaming memorabilia

Masahiro Sakurai is back with another installment in his game development video series, and this time around we get a ‘Grab Bag’ feature. For those who don’t know, Sakurai runs with the ‘Grab Bag’ theme when he’s got a video that doesn’t really tie into game development.

Given his history, Sakurai has accumulated a fair amount of game-related items over the years. Today, he aims to share a few of the rare pieces from his collection. Not surprisingly, Sakurai has some absolutely amazing pieces that diehard fans around the world would love to have in their own collections!

Sakurai also notes that he originally had plans to show off some even more rare items in his collection, but the powers that be shot down that idea. Guess we’ll never get to see the rarest of the rare in Sakurai’s possession!
