Super Animal Royale's Party Animal Update Launches Today with Turnip Boy Crossover Event

The wildest end-of-summer party Super Animal World has ever seen kicks off today for Super Animal Royale’s ninth season. The guest list includes the new Super Caracal, Super Blobfish, Super Komodo Dragon, and … Turnip Boy. The rancorous root vegetable has burst out of his upcoming game, Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, to crash SAR’s party in a 2-week crossover event featuring wanted posters to tear up and cosmetic items to unlock.

Tear down wanted posters and complete challenges to earn six Turnip Boy themed cosmetic items in the first ever 2-week crossover event. Visit the Research Lab to unlock a new Turnip Boy inspired animal: the Super Apple Cat.

The Party Animal Pass brings 49 tiers of festive party favors including gun skins with animated firework muzzle flashes, the rockin’ Hound Dog emote, Crocodile Club Photo Booth Scene, Mini Croc pet (just watch your fingers around him) and more.

12 new breeds of Super Animal have arrived for the party. The invite list includes the Super Caracal, Super Blobfish, Super Gummy Shark, Super Tiger Tiger Shark, Super Elephant Seal, Super Blue Poison Dart Frog, Super Fire Hawk, Super Inverted Skunk, Super Flamingo, Super Komodo Dragon, Super Tibetan Fox and Super Sacabambaspis.

Season 9’s Starter Pack DLC is available to purchase, featuring the Japanese folklore-inspired Super Kitsune Fox, Miko Outfit, Kitsune Scroll melee weapon and 600 SAW tickets.

An array of quality-of-life improvements have been made, including a soft matchmaking system for the S.A.W. vs. Rebellion game mode, improved bot behavior especially against new players while they learn the ropes, and new map updates like animated jellyfish in Super Sea Land’s aquariums.

The Super Museum of Modern Art has been updated to feature the winning pieces from the Life of the Party Super Fanart Contest.

Super Animal Royale is a free-to-play top-down multiplayer battle royale for up to 64 players. Players select their favorite Super Animal from a menu of foxes, pandas, kitty cats and other bloodthirsty beasts before the match begins. Then, players parachute into the ruins of an ill-fated safari park and battle to the death, in a lethal barrage of bullets, explosives and hamster balls.

Cut tall grass and loot abandoned structures in search of the guns, Super Powerups and health juice you’ll need to survive, and watch out for the poisonous Skunk Gas, slowly seeping in from the edges of the map. Super Animal Royale features carefully balanced run-and-gun gameplay combined with an intuitive fog of war system that restricts a player’s view to line of sight, allowing for sneaky, strategic play. Whether predator or prey, only one animal can reach the top of the food chain, and with guns in their paws, it’s anyone’s guess which one it’ll be.
