Another day, another deluge of gaming merch. Today brings us new goodies tied to Kirby, Nier:Automata and Doki Doki Literature Club, and we’ve got the full details for you.

First up is the third installment in the Search for Kirby puzzle book series in Japan. This book is priced at 1,210 yen ($8.10), and they provide an experience similar to the classic line of Where’s Waldo books. In other words, the reader’s job with this book is to hunt down hidden Kirbys. Sometimes it’s classic Kirby and other times there are copy ability Kirbys hiding. The book includes artwork and imagery from the following Kirby titles:

  • Kirby Air Ride
  • Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
  • Kirby and the Forgotten Land
  • Kirby Fighters 2
  • Kirby: Planet Robobot
  • Kirby’s Pinball Land

As you might of guessed, there’s no word on a localization at this time. That said, this book is ripe for importing, as it’s all about pictures instead of words.

Next up is a set of new plush keychains based on the tactical support Pod units from NieR: Automata. In particular, these designs are based on the Pod units you see in the Ver1.1a anime. Each one is priced at ¥1,650 yen (or about $11) each, and they’ll release in Dec. 2023 in Japan. The two Pod units fans can pick up are Pod 042 and Pod 153.

Last but not least, Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for Sayori Nendoroid. Sayori comes from Doki Doki Literature Club, and her Nendoroid is set to arrive sometime in Q4 2024 in North America and May 2024 in Japan. This Nendoroid is priced at $44.99/¥6,900 yen and includes a heart-shaped cookie, hand part and a random effect sheet. You can place a pre-order or check out more pics here.
