Just yesterday, Behaviour Interactive shared a first-look at Dead by Daylight’s 11th tome, DEVOTION. Today, they’ve opened the floodgates with a ton of details, including news of the game’s very first openly LGBTQIA2+ character.

David King is a hot-tempered ruffian with a penchant for a good scrap, whose time as a debt collector brought pain both internal and external. A man of many hats, each one roguishly dapper – lover, fighter, mechanic, bouncer, impromptu beachwear model.

David was originally introduced in Dead by Daylight’s fifth Chapter, A Lullaby for the Dark, and now he’s back as the focus in DEVOTION. Throughout DEVOTION, uncover David’s personal struggles with accepting his own identity and sexuality.

Along with that information, Behaviour also shared details on the Spring Ensembles collection. This lineup includes the following outfits:

Zarina Kassir – Spring Film Fest – VERY RARE Mikaela Reid – Rejuvenation Spell – VERY RARE Jonah Vasquez – Baseball Series – VERY RARE The Blight – Organic Monstrosity – VERY RARE The Artist – Blooming Delusion – VERY RARE

If you’d like to learn more about these outfits, you can check out Behaviour’s official blog post.

"LGBTQIA2+ character", what the hell? Just say whichever he is... Or say non-straight if that's worth separating from it. So weird.

I'm sorry but I'm getting kinda confused with those letters. I know what LGBTQ stands for even though I still have no inkling what queer even means.
But what do the I and the A stand for...?
