GRAVEN, the dark-fantasy action-adventure FPS co-published by 3D Realms and Fulqrum Publishing and developed by Slipgate Ironworks, is still quite a ways off for Switch fans. Last time we heard the game was coming out in 2023, but now it’s been bumped to an unspecified date in 2024. That information was shared alongside a new trailer that you can check out above.

Deep beneath the library of Cruxfirth, the plagued town serving as the first of GRAVEN’s three planned hubs, lies a new area: a winding, flooded repository filled with horrors. Unravel a new side quest, discover new pickups and breakables to discover, face off against a devious new Skeleton Sapper enemy, and more.

In particular, this trailer showcases the enhanced combat/AI and improved battles against the Archivist and the Festering Congregation. Two new difficulty options, Casual and Flagellant, have also been added, and they make GRAVEN a more universally appealing experience.

Action, mystery, and a chance for redemption await you in the gritty action first person puzzler GRAVEN. Explore a dark fantasy world as a wrongly convicted man of faith. Battle the horrors of humanity, the wilds, and beyond using the environment, magic, and armaments.
