Stardew Valley's Ver. 1.6 update will let your cats/dogs wear hats

We still have no idea when Stardew Valley is getting its Ver. 1.6 update, but it seems like it could be nearing release. This is due to Stardew Valley creator ConcernedApe sharing a considerable amount of information on the update in recent weeks, and he’s back with yet another fun tidbit.

We now know that Version 1.6 of Stardew Valley adds in a completely silly mechanic that is sure to be adored by pretty much all players. Once the game gets its update, you’ll be able to have your cats and dogs wear different hats. You can get a sneak peek at some of the options in the image above.
