Nintendo shares a new look at their Kyoto retail space ahead of its grand opening
Quite the swanky spot
Back in April of this year, Nintendo revealed that Nintendo Kyoto would be their next flagship retail space, and it would open Oct. 17th, 2023. Ahead of the store’s grand opening, Nintendo has shared a pair of pictures showing off what the space will look like.
The Nintendo Kyoto store will be opening at the Takashimaya Shopping Center in Kyoto, Japan, making it the third retail space for Nintendo in Japan. Fans can currently travel to Nintendo Tokyo, which opened in 2019, and Nintendo Osaka, which has been in operation since 2022.
As with the other Nintendo retail spaces, Nintendo Kyoto will offer fans a variety of games and merch, including a few products that won’t be found at any other locations. Nintendo is yet to share the specifics on that front, but we’ll bring you the details when they become available.
