Super Mario Bros. Wonder advertising spotted at the King's Cross subway

Chances are you don’t need to be reminded of Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s release date. We’ve know for awhile that the game is coming out Oct. 20th, 2023, but the public at large might need a little reminder. That’s where Nintendo’s latest bit of advertising comes in handy, especially for those over in the UK.

Any Nintendo fans making their way around the King’s Cross Railway Station (or subway for those of us here in the states) will want to keep their eyes peeled, as a fancy bit of Super Mario Bros. Wonder promotion can be spotted. As you can see in the picture above, some of the railway station tunnels have been plastered with all kinds of art and more for Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

From screens to a release date, art to text blurbs, Nintendo has gone all-out at King’s Cross to make sure anyone passing through the tunnels knows that Mario’s next big adventure is right around the corner. As you can see in one picture in particular, Nintendo has spared no expense on the advertising, as it lines both walls of the station for as far as the eye can see!

There’s no word on how long this advertising will be on display, so if you’re heading to King’s Cross soon, make sure to stop in the underground and give this setup a look while you still can!
