Let’s travel back to the reveal of the Wii U, shall we? In the very first trailer for the console, Nintendo showed off how a game of Reversi might work using the Wii U GamePad. Nintendo never came to realize this idea, but 10 years after the system’s launch, developer Cragworks has finally realized that potential with Reversi 32.

Reversi 32 has launched for the Wii U today, and it took Cragworks 7 years of work to make it happen. Sadly, the game is not available in North America, but it is up for grabs in Europe and Australia. As for gameplay, it’s pretty much what you expect! Still, if you want a complete rundown of how things work, check out our original post.

I'm not overly familiar with the rules and what have you. But I've always known it as Othello. But, it turns out, that was patented in 1971. Even though the game was invented in 1883. I think Othello is a variant. Better late than never. €5 seems a bit steep, for something so simple and you can get for free on smart phone.
