Bliss Brain previously announced that they’re bringing Princess Maker 2 Regeneration to Switch in Japan on December 21st, 2023. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case, as the publisher has announced a considerable delay. The game is now scheduled to launch May 30th, 2024, with the developer stating they would use the extra time to improve quality.

The title will see a digital and physical release for 4,000 yen, while a Special Pack will be up for grabs for 7,800 yen. The Special Pack includes exclusive packaging featuring an illustration drawn by Takami Akai, an art book, and a five-disc soundtrack featuring music from the PC-98, DOS/V, TOWNS, and Refine versions of the game, as well as an arranged version for Regeneration.

Princess Maker 2 is a life simulation-esque daughter raising game in which you play as the father of a girl descended from the stars. You will raise your daughter over the period of 10 years, from age 10 to 18. Throughout the game, she will gain various experience and become a full-fledged adult. Her dream is to become a princess, but depending on how you raise her, an infinite variety of futures await. What kind of dream will you make a reality for your daughter…?
