LEVEL-5 Vision 2023 Tsuzumi was held back in March of this year, and it gave an update on multiple projects LEVEL-5 has in the works. In just a couple weeks, we’re going to get another update on those projects from a new presentation.

As we mentioned at the start of the month, LEVEL-5 announced LEVEL-5 Vision 2023 II, and it’s set to air on November 29th, 2023. While LEVEL-5 didn’t share specifics on the titles that will be showcased, they did note that viewers will get the news and release dates on multiple titles. Today we’ve learned that Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will indeed be featured, and viewers can look forward to getting the ‘latest info.’

LEVEL-5 has a slew of projects in the works for Switch, but pretty much all of them are lacking release dates. While it seems unlikely that a release date for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will be shared, it’ll be nice to see more of the game in general. As far as LEVEL-5’s other Switch titles, it seems all but guaranteed that we’ll get at least one release date from the presentation.

I'm really worried on how they are going to do the puzzles without Akira Tago now... the original trilogy were known to have some of the best puzzles ever all because of Akira Tago being part of it.

We won't have to wait a couple of weeks, rather a couple of days. Which is even better! I don't think I've ever played a Layton game, but I do like other Level-5 titles. Looking forward to hearing about those.

@socar

Worst case scenario: The puzzle quality will be like in 'Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy'...
